Iran and Kazakhstan to finalize road transport agreement

TEHRAN, Aug. 22 (ISNA)-Iran and Kazakhstan are to finalize a new agreement to exchange goods and passengers through roads.

The two sides are to hold a meeting next week in Tehran in a bid to discuss the deal at expert levels.

Iran and Kazakhstan have first signed a road transport agreement 15 days ago, but recent regional developments make in necessary to sign a new one with more expanded domains to cooperate.

Last year 1900 Iranian trucks have left for Kazakhstan and Iran has received 600 ones from this country.
