Only Greece has the right to use the name Macedonia until a solution to the name issue is found, said Greek MEP Hrisula Paliadeli.
Paliadeli is one of the authors of the book called European cartography and politics: The case of Macedonia.
Commenting on whether she believed that Greece was the only country that had the right to use the term Macedonia, Paliadeli said:
“Yes, it is, and it cannot be any different until there is a final solution to the issue, which is examined under the auspices of the UN. I wish these discussions are finalised fairly and with just solution.”
