Bulgarian President, Rosen Plevneliev, is on an official state visit to China at the invitation of Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping.
The Bulgarian President is the first head of state to visit China in 2014.
It is also the first visit of a Bulgarian President to the Asian country over the last fifteen years.
The visit aims at continuing the high-level political dialogue and enhancing the bilateral trade and economic investment relations.
