Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov appointed Turkmen Ambassador to Romania Shohrat Jumayev extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Croatia, the Turkmen government said today.

Protesters formed a human chain on Thursday around the Bulgarian parliament in capital Sofia on the 35th day of demonstrations against Prime Minister Plamen Oresharski’s government.

The Greek police have banned public protests in Athens on Thursday during a visit by German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schauble.
