Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin will hold talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Mykola Azarov in Moscow on March 25, Putin’s press secretary said on Tuesday. The decision was made during a telephone conversation between Putin and Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.

Moldovan Prime Minister Vlad Filat left for Brussels on Tuesday at the head of a high-level governmental delegation. Today, he will meet with European Commission Chairman Jose Manuel Durao Barroso and European Parliament Chairman Jerzy Buzek.

Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić said that he hopes that Serbia’s EU integration process will be sped up once the ICJ gives its opinion on Kosovo. The court is currently deliberating the legality under international law of the Kosovo Albanian unilateral declaration.
