BAKU – Ex-Soviet Azerbaijan said on Monday it did not recognize Kosovo’s declaration of independence.

HANOI – Vietnam, a non-permanent member of the U.N. Security Council, said on Monday it opposed Kosovo’s unilateral declaration of independence from Serbia.
