Two Belgian tourists missing for days after a kidnapping in the southeastern Iran are free and in good health, Belgium’s foreign ministry said.

Iranian president in a meeting with his Chinese counterpart in Bishkek on Thursday stressed the two countries’ vast common grounds for mutual cooperation, reiterating that Tehran-Beijing relations would never be influenced by the pressures exerted by other countries.

Iran will not change its fuel rationing scheme and has no plans to offer extra gasoline outside quotas at a higher price, acting oil minister Gholamhossein Nozari has said.
