Bulgaria and Moldova pledge to boost economic ties at business forum

Bulgarian Minister of Agriculture and Food Miroslav Naydenov and Moldova’s Prime Minister Vlad Filat took part in the official opening of a Bulgarian-Moldovan business forum.

“Such events give opportunities for establishing contacts with the business and may help for the establishment of new partnerships. The volume of the Bulgarian export registers 10% increase and is estimated at $75m. The import has increased by 31% and has reached nearly $21m,” Naydenov said.

Bulgarian PM Boiko Borisov has proposed a programme of action that will enable Bulgaria to avoid high customs duties that Moscow imposed on the Bulgarian goods.
