Israeli shelling of Manar TV caused damages and civilian injuries

BEIRUT, (SANA)-

Lebanese al-Manar TV announced on Thursday that the Israeli shelling which targeted a branch station in Southern Beirut Area caused material damage and three workers were injured.

Al-Manar TV considered in a statement the Israeli brutal aggression on the TV as an attack on the whole Lebanese media body, calling the international organization and the international and national journalist association and media to shoulder responsibilities and to adopt a clear stance regarding the Israeli brutal aggression and to protect the freedom of journalism.

For its part, the Lebanese National News Agency (LNNA) announced that the Israeli artillery bombarded al-Naqoura area where the bombardment targeted an public school with no reports of causalities.

The Agency added that the Lebanese army reopened the coastal Highway linking the south area with the Lebanese capital.

Meanwhile the Lebanese national resistance announced in a statement that it shelled for the second time Roshina Airport north of occupied Palestine with scores of missiles and it shelled Nahariya settlement north occupied Palestinian with 6o Grad missiles.

The national resistance said that it shelled  Nahariya settlement for the third time with scores of Katiusha missiles and scored direct hits.
