He also pointed out that heavy water is very useful in a wide variety of domains, “as it is a very desirable cooling agent and, meantime, used for curing many horrible diseases, including cancer.”

“Considering the technical progresses made by the Iranian scientists in the nuclear ground, suspension of uranium enrichment has now turned practically impossible,” Iran’s nuclear negotiator further stressed, adding that Iran would present its response to the 5+1 package of incentives on Tuesday.

Sa’eedi also stated that Tehran’s answer is very comprehensive and provides a very convenient opportunity for the west to move towards solving the case through negotiations and talks.

Meanwhile, he underlined that Tehran won’t propose any parallel or counterplan to the 5+1 group to replace their offer.

Elsewhere, the nuclear official said that the country’s first nuclear power plant in Bushehr, in southern Iran is undergoing the final stages of construction, adding that 93% of the power plant has already been built.
