TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- British government has decided to release a terrorist who assassinated two Iranian diplomats in London in 1980 and was sentenced to life imprisonment.
A group of terrorists raided Iran’s embassy in London on April 30, 1980 and took embassy employees hostage.
After long negotiations between the two sides, a group of the hostages were released, but two of the embassy clerks were shot dead.
Once terrorists were arrested, the British government sentenced one of them called ‘Fouzi Badwi-Nezhad to life imprisonment on charges of murdering two Iranian diplomats.
