Rafsanjani Advises West not to Block Iran’s Access to N. Technology

“Utilization of divine blessings is the legal and international rights of all the world nations and the superior powers should not deprive them of this right on futile excuses,” Rafsanjani stated during a meeting with a group of medical students here on Monday.

He further praised the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), and viewed it as a vital policy for the world, adding, “But the double-standards exercised by some world powers have damaged this policy.
