President Assigns New MPO Chief

A01750154.jpgTEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad assigned Mansour Borgha’e as the new director of Iran’s Management and Planning Organization (MPO).

Following earlier reports about the resignation of Farhad Rahbar from his post as the MPO director and the dismissal of reports by the MPO officials, it came to be known that President Ahmadinejad has appointed the deputy Power Minister for Planning and programs Mansour Borgha’e as the new head of the Management and Planning Organization.

In his decree, Ahmadinejad has expressed the hope that the Management and Planning Organization would turn into a more dynamic and energetic organization under Borgha’e’s management.
