news28.jpgTEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- A parliament approval here on Wednesday urged the Iranian government to reconsider its cooperation and relations with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and accelerate the country’s peaceful nuclear activities.

161 MPs voted for and 15 against the bill while 15 others abstained. The bill, which was introduced to the open session of the Islamic Consultative Assembly by the Rapporteur of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Kazem Jalali here today, followed the UN Security Council Resolution 1737 on Iran’s peaceful nuclear activities.

The parliament deputies have stressed that revision of cooperation and relations with the IAEA serves Iran’s national interests.
