Italian MP welcomes Italian Parliament resolution on Iranian Mojahedin

NCRI – Mrs. Jole Santelli, Member of the Italian Parliament and responsible for Immigration and Security in Italian Party, Forza Italia in a statement welcomed the resolution approved by the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Italian Parliament regarding the People’s Mojahedin organization of Iran (PMOI).The resolution that was ratified on Thursday calls on the Italian government to support the full implementation of the December 12, 2006 ruling of the European Court of Justice on de-listing the People’s Mojahedin Organization during the upcoming European Council of Ministers meeting. The resolution that was ratified on Thursday calls on the Italian government to support the full implementation of the December 12, 2006 ruling of the European Court of Justice on de-listing the People’s Mojahedin Organization during the upcoming European Council of Ministers meeting. 

Mrs. Jole Santelli stated that, it is exemplary that the ratification of this resolution arrives at a time that numerous Italian parliamentarians of majority and opposition have already signed a document which calls on the European Union to respect the ruling of European Court of Justice.
