People will not Allow US to Dominate Iran again

Iranian Parliament Speaker Gholam Ali Haddad Adel said that Iranian nation will not allow the US to stage a coup de tat similar to what it did in Iran in 1963. “This coup de tat (on August 19, 1963) brought 25 years of oppression, corruption, suppression, self-centeredness and cruelty to Iran and the Iranian nation will not allow Americans to practice hegemony over Iran again,” the speaker said while addressing an open session of the Islamic Consultative Assembly here on Sunday.

Elsewhere, he extended his congratulations on the advent of the birthday anniversary of the Shiites’ third Imam – Imam Hossein (PBUH) – and the day of the Guards – i.e. the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) – and praised IRGC’s efforts and services ever since the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.

The speaker further described IRGC members as brave and deserving offspring of the Islamic Revolution, who have never stopped supporting and protecting the Islamic Revolution.

Reminding the IRGC’s outstanding role in fighting the anti-revolutionary and terrorist groups, specially during the era early after the revolution, he praised the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps for the decisive role it played during the 8 years of the Iraqi imposed war on Iran.

“Today the Corps has an effective and efficient presence in all the scenes of defending the Islamic Revolution,” Haddad Adel underlined.
