China-Iran Trade to Hit $20b in 2007

A03322166.jpgIran’s Interior Minister said that his country has finalized oil and gas projects with China, adding that two-way trade was on target to hit $20 bln this year among robust commercial ties. He pointed out that economic ties between the two countries covered areas ranging from power station construction and mining to the building of subways and automobile plants.

It is noteworthy that last April, Chinese major Sinopec said that it was discussing gas cooperation with Iran.
