Iranian University Invites US President Bush for Speech

A00905687.jpgChancellor of Iran’s Ferdowsi University extended an invitation to the US President, George W. Bush to travel to Iran to give a speech and respond to the questions of his university professors and students. Ali Reza Ashouri invited Bush to travel to the northeastern city of Mashhad and respond to the abundant questions that Ferdowsi University students and professors have about such various international issues as human rights, terrorism and Holocaust, and elaborate on the international doctrine of the US foreign policy just the same way that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad responded to the questions of the American students and professors at Columbia University despite all the insults directed at him during the session.

Ferdowsi University in Mashhad, with thousands of students from 14 different countries, is the oldest university in eastern Iran.
