In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
Â
Praise be to Allah, whom we praise and pray for help and forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evil of ourselves and the wickedness of our own deeds. Whomever Allah guides, cannot be led astray and whomever Allah misguides, none can guide him.
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, Who created us Muslims and blessed us with His mercy, with Jihad on His straight path to win the Paradise.
Â
I testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Mohammad is His slave and His Messenger, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him

“O ye who believe! Fear Allah as He should be feared, and die not except in a state of Islam!” (3:102)
Â
Dear brothers and sisters!
Exactly in this month, that of Safar 29, 1363 (February 23, 1944), the Chechen nation experienced one of the most difficult periods in its history: a total deportation to Central Asia and to Siberia.
Several days later, our brothers Balkars and Karachays also suffered genocidal expulsion, organized by the kuffar (infidels) on its pagan holiday of “March 8”.
Decades have passed since then (66 years of the Hijri but 64 years of the Gregorian calendar). We are facing this new anniversary of the deportation in a new battle.
The enemy remains the same, he keeps on striving after the same goal. The main weapon against the Muslims still is the genocide, each time taking increasingly sophisticated and insidious forms.
Dirty order and amorality accompany the physical destruction. It is our religion, Islam, which is first of all subjected to fierce attack, because the enemy knows that Islam is our prop and the source from which Muslims obtain their strength.
The kuffar are well aware of Islam being the basis of our culture and our freedom, what can be changed only by perverting and destroying the religion.
Nevertheless the Jihad continues despite all the diligence of the enemy. Our forces are growing, but we feel the support of Allah, who call upon to us in his Holy Quran:Â
Â
“O ye who believe! Persevere in patience and constancy; vie in such perseverance; strengthen each other; and fear Allah. that ye may prosper…” (3:200).
Â
Responding to this call of Allah, we say we will not be tired, our patience will not run low.
At the call of President Dzhokhar Dudayev (Shaheed inshaAllah), Chechen people rejected the mourning by declaring this day a Day of the Rebirth of the Chechen Nation.
This was done in order to show that the Muslims had no right to gloom but the battle was just erupting. The victory comes to patient ones. Truly Allah the Almighty and the Majestic is with us in our Jihad.
All that has happened and is happening to us now, happens by the will of Almighty Allah, so we hope for the best.
Â
“Be sure we shall test you with something of fear and hunger, some loss in goods or lives or the fruits (of your toil), but give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere, who say, when afflicted with calamity: “To Allah We belong, and to Him is our return”:- They are those on whom (Descend) blessings from Allah, and Mercy, and they are the ones that receive guidance” (2: 155-157).
Â
The Muslims know that victory is not granted to those who have superiority over enemy in material force. However it is granted to those who have the fear of God, who call for what is praiseworthy and who keeps others from abomination by fighting to establish the laws of Allah on His earth.
The greatness and the power belong only to Allah, not to Russia, the UN, USA or NATO, as so often, some misguided say. Indeed, all orders and decisions belong only to Allah, Who is Almighty and Great!
Â
“To the Hypocrites give the glad tidings that there is for them (but) a grievous penalty;- Yea, to those who take for friends unbelievers rather than believers: is it honour they seek among them? Nay,- all honour is with Allah.” (4:38-139)
Â
“(These are) the ones who wait and watch about you: if ye do gain a victory from Allah, they say: “Were we not with you?”- but if the unbelievers gain a success, they say (to them): “Did we not gain an advantage over you, and did we not guard you from the believers?” but Allah will judge betwixt you on the Day of Judgment. And never will Allah grant to the unbelievers a way (to triumphs) over the believers.” (4:141)
Â
Therefore, be patient, hope for the support of Allah, and fight on His way. Be honest in worship, be wary of what He has forbidden and strictly adhere to the laws of Allah, so then Almighty Allah will grant you the victory, inshaAllah!
