Mujahideen conduct operation in Elistanzhi and defeat backup

79_1.jpgSource inside the Headquarters of Eastern Front of the Caucasus Emirate Armed Forces reported that early morning of Jumada Al-Akhirah 25, 1429 (June 29, 2008), units of Commander (Amir) Hussein (Commander of the Shali Sector of Eastern Front of the Caucasus Armed Forces) entered the village of Elistanzhi (Vedeno Dsitrict of Province of Ichkeria).

Commandos from the unit of Amir (Commander) Selim were participating in the operation as well.

The village was blocked. Checkpoints and secret ambushes were set up at the entrances into the village.

During several hours the Mujahideen were carrying out a pinpoint operation on exposure and punishment of most active pro-Russian accomplices. Preventive operations were conducted in over 70 households. Several homes of the most odious collaborators (murtadin/apostates) were burned down. Some of the active apostates, who are members of the invaders’ gangs, have been liquidated.

Operative base of Russian kuffar (invades/infidels) located near the village was attacked as well.

The source reported that the Caucasus troops (Mujahideen) defeated a backup convoy that Russian kuffar and their local accomplices dispatched towards Elistanzhi.

A Russian-made URAL truck and a UAZ jeep with crews on board were burned. At least 11 Russian invaders and their accomplices were killed. Many were injured. Several units of military vehicles were disabled. The invaders and their puppets retreated. No casualties have been incurred by the Caucasus Armed Forces.

After accomplishing the combat mission, the Mujahideen left the village.

After the Command of Armed Forces of the Caucasus Emirate released the report about the successful operation in the village of Elistanzhi, the sources of the Russian invaders came up with their own “version” of the special night operation by the Mujahideen, as usual.

Russian kuffar announced that “a group of armed men opened fire at the village police station, killing one policeman and one peaceful civilian”. The invaders claim that “the armed group was in the village no longer than 15 minutes”, and “searches” are now underway.

After each successful operation carried out by the Caucasus troops the command of the Russian invaders and their local puppets are doing their best to hide not only the very fact that the events did happen, but to completely distort the real story.

Meanwhile, KC sources reported that this successful operation was given a high rating by the Command of Eastern Front of the Caucasus Emirate Armed Forces. Commander of Eastern Front Amir Aslanbek expressed gratitude to Commanders (Umara) Husein and Selim for the successful accomplishment of the order issued by Commander-In-Chief of the Caucasus Emirate Dokka Abu-Usman.

Commander Aslanbek reminded that the most recent operations in Benoi, combat missions near Dargo, and today’s operation in Elistanzhi are part of the spring/summer military campaign. Commander promised that the combat operations by Caucasus Armed Forces will be on the increase: increase of the forces involved as well as deeper penetration into the territories controlled by the enemy.
