Russian government to allocate $ 5 billion for Chechnya through private companies

Former ringleader of the Kremlin, Putin, who used to be in charge of the Russian government, announced that the government of the Russian Federation will allocate 5 billion dollars to occupied Chechnya “for the restoration”. The funds are supposed to be appropriated within 3 years. At the same time, according to the statement of the Russian gang leader, the funds will be distributed through private companies in order to avoid “corruption and ineffective expenses”.
