r3.jpgTEHRAN (FNA)- Iran and Turkmenistan will decide about the new price of imported gas from Turkmenistan by the end of the current year, Iran’s ambassador to Turkmenistan said on Wednesday.

Talking to MNA, Mohammad Reza Forqani added, “The two sides will hold 3 rounds of meetings to reach an agreement.”

“On April 17, Turkmenistan’s gas exportation to Iran was halted but currently Iran is continuing importing gas from this country,” he stated.

Turkmenistan exports 20-23 million cubic meters of natural gas to Iran daily.
