PGCC Chief to Visit Tehran Late October

A02436313.jpgTEHRAN (FNA)- Secretary-General of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council (PGCC) said that his upcoming visit to Iran would be an opportunity for exchanging ideas with the Iranian officials on the regional issues.

Talking to the Kuwaiti press ‘Al-Anbaa’, Abdul Rahman bin Hamad al-Attiyah said that his visit would take place on October 28 at the invitation of the Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki.

The talks with the Iranian officials will focus on strengthening cooperation between Tehran and the PGCC member states, he said, IRNA reported.

He added that the two sides will confer on the regional developments as well as the ways to establish security and peace in the Middle East.
