“The ministry invited Swiss Deputy Ambassador Ms. Schleicher and gave her a notification to pass to the Russian side to protest the visits of Russian Federation Security Council Secretary Deputy Yuriy Zubakov and Russian ministerial delegation representatives to Tskhinvali,” the Georgian Foreign Ministry informed.

“By such actions, Russia roughly violates the Georgian Constitution, ceasefire agreement dated Aug. 12, 2008 and the generally recognized principles and norms of international rights,” the statement said.
