Russia’s first deputy premier puts off visit to Moldova

The First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government, Igor Shuvalov, will pay a visit to Moldova in the first half of February, not next week as was initially agreed upon.

His visit has been postponed because the next week is going to be too busy for the official Chisinau, who is preparing to welcome Romanian President Traian Basescu (January 27) and Prime Minister of Lithuania Andrius Kubilius (January 26-27).
