Romanian FM: Romania homes to restore its relations with Russia

‘Romania would like to emerge from the brief list of unresolved issues with Russia that have been paralyzing Romanian-Russian relations and resume cooperation on all levels,’  Romania’s Foreign Minister Teodor Baconschi said.

The Romanian minister expressed hope that a summit between Romania and Russia would be organized soon.

According to Baconschi, ‘Romania and Russia must get rid of the Cold War logic and look at their common interest.’

The Romanian minister stated he would be looking forward to an adequate response from the Russian side.
