Bulgarian PM to take part in East European leaders’ meeting with US President

Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov’s first meeting with US President Barack Obama will be held on Thursday night in Prague.

The leaders of 11 East European countries, including Bulgaria Prime Minister Boyko Borisov, were invited over an official dinner with the US president.  The meeting will be held at the residence of the US embassy to Prague.

PM Borisov is expected to arrive in Prague on Thursday afternoon.

At noon, a new strategic arms reduction treaty will be signed by US President Barack Obama and his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev. After the official signing ceremony the US president will meet with the leaders of the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Estonia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland.
