The formula for holding the EU-Western Balkans summit in Sarajevo on June 2 has been determined, Spain’s Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos said.
The conference in Sarajevo has been well prepared, Moraitnos said last night in Brussels, adding that all countries agreed to use “Gimnich formula” for holding the meeting.
This model is used by EU foreign ministers for informal meetings, when the participants discuss openly for certain problems but bring no decisions.
Official representatives are presented by personal names, instead as the name of the state they represent.
Serbia’s opposing to show up at the meeting where Kosovo will be presented as a country brought to question the holding of the Sarajevo summit.
