Montenegro and the EU signed an agreement Monday (September 13th) on security procedures for exchanging classified information, the foreign ministry announced. After the ceremony involving Montenegro’s Aleksandar Andrija Pejovic and the EU’s Robert Cooper, the officials noted that the exchange of classified information on common foreign, security and defence policy will be crucial to relations between Montenegro and the EU.
