Putin to visit Bulgaria on November 13

Russian PM Vladimir Putin is coming to Bulgaria November 13 to discuss strategic matters with counterpart Boyko Borisov, announced the Bulgarian PM Tuesday.

Earlier Monday Borisov had revealed he has had a talk over the phone with his Russian colleague, during which the two discussed key joint energy projects such as the South Stream natural gas pipeline, the Burgas-Alexandroupoli oil pipeline and the Belene NPP.

Those are expected to be a crucial part of the upcoming talks in two weeks.

Borisov also revealed that he will discuss with Putin the overall trade relations between the two countries, the lost connections between them and the opportunites for catching up and improving commercial interaction.
