Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia-Herzegovina leader said that country should be organized into four federal units. Čović made the statement in Banja Luka, RS, a suggested the seats of these units to be in Sarajevo, Banjaluka, Mostar and Tuzla.

Čović said that his idea was an agreed stance among Croat political parties in Bosnia, but that only the Serb people and their politicians could decide on changing the borders of RS.
