NATO’s Bornemann visits Georgia

NATO International Military Staff General Director, Lieutenant General Jürgen Bornemann arrived in Georgia for an official visit on Tuesday morning.

The Georgian Defense Ministry reported that Bornemann will meet with the Georgian Parliament Deputy Speaker Rusudan Kervalishvili, Chief of Joint Staff of the Georgian armed forces Devi Chankotadze and Georgian National Security Council’s Secretary Gigi Bokeria on Tuesday.

The meetings will discuss issues of military cooperation between Georgia and NATO.
