Serbs to boycott Kosovo census

Serbs are going to boycott the census in Kosovo.

According to Oliver Ivanovic, the state secretary of the Ministry for Kosovo in the Serbian government, the census comes in a time when there is serious mistrust between the two ethnic communities.
