Schengen is not the highest priority of Bulgaria, says the country’s EU Commissioner Kristalina Georgieva

Bulgaria will enter the Schengen Agreement, but its accession to the European border-free zone is not its highest prioriry right now, according to the country’s EU Commissioner, Kristalina Georgieva.
