Balkans stability is key interest for Turkey, says the country’s Foreign Minister

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey told regional regions from Sarajevo they should create a new vision of the Balkans as a stable and prosperous region.

Ahmet Davutoglu is on a several-day visit to Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Messages are coming from the Serb Republic that the leadership of that entity does not trust Turkey’s objectivity when it comes to political processes in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Davutoglu said that Turkey was also prepared to take responsibility for the processes in the Balkans because the stability of the region was its key interest as well.
