South Caucasus states to hold World Bank-initiated conference on regional programs

On November 9, a World Bank-initiated conference will be held in Tbilisi to host representatives of Armenian, Georgian, Azerbaijani governments and international financial structures.

As Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan told a news conference in Yerevan, the conference will focus on regional programs.

As Georgia’s Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Vera Kobalia, in turn, noted, discussion of issues covered in Yerevan will be continued tomorrow in Tbilisi, as well as on November 17-18 intergovernmental committee sitting in Georgia’s capital.
