Belgrade invites North Kosovo mayors to talks

Belgrade negotiator Borislav Stefanović invited municipal presidents from northern Kosovo-Metohija for talks, which will take place in Belgrade on Wednesday.

The topics would be administrative crossings, regional presentation and university degrees, Stefanović said in a broadcast by B92 late on Monday, in which President of the Kosovska Mitrovica municipality Krstimir Pantić took part as well.

There is not much time, we should meet and state the options for the next period, Stefanović said, while Pantić noted he will come to the meeting.

Stefanović pointed out that it is important to preserve the unity of Belgrade and Serbs in northern Kosovo in their presentation before the international community.
