Skopje government is ready for high-level dialogue with the EU, since it has been waiting for the talks to start for a long time, said Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski.
“We are ready for this dialogue, as well as for the pre-accession talks, which was our goal. We hope that we will start the official negotiations,” the prime minister remarked.
