Buglarian President says the terrorist act will not be tolerated and forgotten

Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev conversed with European Council President Herman Van Rompuy after the deadly attack against Israeli tourists in the Bulgarian city of Burgas.

“The attack shocked us with its cruelty. This act will not be forgotten and its cruelty will not be tolerated,” stated Plevneliev.

On his part, Van Rompuy denounced the attack and expressed his condolences for the victims.

“This is the first attack of such a scale in Bulgaria’s history and it will be very carefully analyzed,” said Plevneliev.
