Jordanian and Albanian foreign ministers on Tuesday stressed the urgency for a political solution to Syria, which preserves the unity of the country.
At a meeting in Amman, Jordan’s Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh and his Albanian counterpart Edmond Panariti said a political solution is key to end the crisis in Syria and the bloodshed in the country.
Their discussions also covered efforts to relaunch peace talks between the Palestinians and the Israelis leading to the creation of an independent and viable Palestinian state at the borders of 1967 with East Jerusalem as its capital.
