German FM says it is important for Belgrade-Pristina agreement to be fulfilled in practice

German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle said before the meeting of the EU foreign ministers in Luxembourg on Monday that the most important was for the agreement between Belgrade and Pristina to be fulfilled.
