Serbia to sign agreement with Russia

Serbian and Russian Presidents Tomislav Nikolić and Vladimir Putin will sign an agreement on strategic partnership in Sochi on May 24.

The agreement will additionally strengthen the two countries’ ties in all areas, from the economy to politics.
The document will define key principles that Belgrade and Moscow’s future cooperation will be based on.

The agreement focuses on the improvement of economic ties, trade and strategic infrastructural projects, as well as coordinated actions on the international political scene, especially regarding Kosovo.
