Montenegro looks to expand cooperation with Azerbaijan

Montenegro is ready to expand cooperation with Azerbaijan in all fields and in particular culture and education, Minister of Culture of Montenegro Branislav Micunovic said at a session of the Second World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue which took place on Thursday in Baku.

“Diplomatic relations between Montenegro and Azerbaijan began to develop in 2008. We strive to develop relations with Azerbaijan in all areas,” Micunovic said.

Montenegro wants to expand the cultural corridor to the Caucasus and Central Asia which will contribute to the development of relations between the countries of south-eastern Europe with the countries of the Caucasus and Asian regions Micunovic said.
