Serbian PM says his country and Macedonia deserve EU accession date

“When will Macedonia and Serbia get a date to launch the EU accession talks if not now?” This is what Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic said during the joint sitting of the Macedonian and Serbian governments held in Belgrade yesterday.

According to Dacic, the two countries have met the conditions to start the accession talks.

“We do not expect a green light but Serbia to start the negotiations over its EU accession,” Dacic remarked.
