EU Eastern Partnership Summit to start in Vilnius

European Union Eastern Partnership Summit will get underway Thursday in Lithuanian capital city Vilnius.

The EU Association Agreements with Georgia and Moldova, including the Free Trade Area agreement, are on the event agenda.

Within the framework of the summit, representatives from six Partnership member countries—Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia and Moldova—will arrive in Vilnius.

On the first day of the summit, the participants will discuss the situation concerning Ukraine, and the first day will come to an end with a working dinner.
