Ukraine opposition, government hold new round of talks

Governmental and opposition forces are convening on a new round of talks Tuesday morning at Ukraine’s parliament in hope for resolution of the political crisis in the country.

According to the Verkhovna Rada’s Speaker Volodymyr Rybak, there is reason for optimism, as the two sides “have started to listen to each other.”

“MPs have to seek a real soultion to the situation in the country,” stated opposition Homeland party Arseniy Yatsenyuk, on his part.

“Parliament can do a lot for the solution of problems which our country faces as never before. One of those things is the return of the constitution from 2004,” added he.
