Turkey, Iran, Azerbaijan, held trilateral meeting

The trilateral meeting between the foreign ministers of Iran, Turkey and Azerbaijan held for creating designs for the expansion of relations in the political, economic and cultural wrapped by issuing a joint statement in the eastern Turkey.

Iranian Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu and his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov attended a trilateral meeting in Van.

The first and second trilateral meetings between the three countries took place in Urmia and Nakhichevan, respectively.

The main objective of holding the meeting is the expansion of mutual cooperation in regional and international issues, as well as increasing the level of bilateral and regional relations between the three countries and cooperation in regional and international organizations.
