France condemns attack on Algerian Embassy in Libya

France condemned the attack Saturday against the Embassy of Algeria in Tripoli and expressed solidarity with Algeria in counterterrorism, spokesman of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, Romain Nadal  stressed on Monday.
“France condemns the attack against the Embassy of Algeria in Tripoli. We assure the Algerian authorities and people of our solidarity and we stand by their side to fight against terrorism,” the spokesperson added in a statement.
Besides, France “calls on all Libyan stakeholders to constructively continue Geneva discussions allow the resumption of a peaceful political transition and the return of stability,” the same source stated.
