Twenty three new presumed accomplices have been arrested since the terrorist attack against the Bardo Museum, bringing the number of suspects arrested in this attack to 64 individuals.
These arrests followed the dismantling of two terrorist cells whose most of its members had taken part in the Bardo attack, whether by logistic support, transportation of arms or providing hideouts to the perpetrators of the operation, an Interior Ministry press release reads.
“These suspects were brought before justice after their interrogation,” the same source specifies.
Interior Minister Najem Gharsalli had announced, March 26, the arrest of 23 individuals involved in the Bardo terrorist attack.
