Libyan PM, Trump held short talks on security

The Libyan Prime Minister of the Government of National Accord (GNA) Fayez Al-Serraj, met on Sunday with the US President, Donald Trump, on the margins of the Arab-Islamic-American summit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
During the meeting, the US President reaffirmed his country’s full support for Libya in fighting terrorism.
Trump also hailed the victory of the Libyan forces over IS terror groups in Sirte and elsewhere in Libya.
Both sides agreed to go on cooperating in different fields especially on the security level.
Al-Serraj also met with the US Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, who told the Libyan PM that the US is keen on assisting and pushing for concord and unity among Libyans until a comprehensive solution is reached.
